Great post Brad!! :D I had a few of those mushy ones you talking about. It was due to overwatering in the beginning. (un)fortunately they were all seedlings, so not a huge loss in that sense.
I currently have a Nat that wasn't moving in 3 years!! I decided to check the roots and the tips had just started rotting, so I managed to cut & treat them before it spread too far up the root system. It's back in a riversand pot now waiting for some movement!! *lol* The same happened to my Nubimontanus - no leaves for 3 years. I decided to replant all my plants into new soil and since then it seems the Nubi is growing roots like crazy. Just waiting for the new flush now!!! :(
